Member, 2010 Legacies Now Board of Directors
Kirsten Tisdale is Office Managing Director and Senior Client Partner for the Vancouver office of Korn/Ferry International. She brings extensive experience leading executive teams worldwide in both corporate strategy and technology and business process transformation. Kirsten has worked in over 15 countries and across diverse sectors including government and healthcare, technology, telecommunications, transportation, professional services, energy and financial services.
Kirsten joined Korn/Ferry after three years as a Senior Advisor to the Government of British Columbia, where she was engaged to drive transformation across the public service.
Previously, her experience also includes several years of practice leadership within CapGemini, a global professional services and technology firm. Before this, Kirsten spent three years with Ernst and Young as a founder of their eBusiness practice, three years with a boutique consulting firm focused on international trade strategy, and five years with Foreign Affairs and International Trade as a Trade Commissioner and Senior Industry Sector Advisor.
Kirsten is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker in public-private partnerships and transformational outsourcing strategy and governance.
In addition to 2010 Legacies Now, she also sits on the board as a founding director of the Centre for Outsourcing Research and Education. She is a past director of Canada Health Infoway.
Kirsten holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
